From what I could find it doesn't look like the Thule Fit Kit # TH145084 will work on the roof of your 2016 Ford F-150. The best setup we have available from Thule that will fit your truck is the Evo WingBar system that consists of parts # TH711520 for the 60" WingBar Crossbars, # TH710501 for the Clamp Feet, and # TH145177 for the Fit Kit.
This will provide you with an extremely durable, quiet roof rack setup for your F-150. I have attached a short video review below as well.
