The Air Lift AirLift 1000HD Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs part # AL60818HD is an excellent option for a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic and will work well to provide support while towing or hauling. The air springs install inside the coil spring and will expand while inflated which then prevents the coil springs from compressing as much thereby reducing sag.
When you are ready to tow, simply take a standard air chuck and inflate each bag individually or together. Then when you are done towing, let some air out and you will have the same factory smooth suspension you had before.
