Will Second Row of Seats be Able to Move on a 2012 Toyota Sienna with WeatherTech Liner Installed

Question:
Will I be able to adjust the 2nd Row seating once the WT463002 floor liner is put in place. It appears the floor rails wont work. And if not how far up would they be able to go up.

WeatherTech makes the following statement about the 2 row of seats and the use the the liner, # WT463002 in a 2012 Toyota Sienna: To provide the best coverage, 2nd row seat placement is constrained in an optimal position while 2nd row Liners are installed. Remove or lift edges of the Liners to permit 2nd row seat movement.
As they are, with the liner installed, the seats would not be able to move without modifying or lifting up the liner to allow the seats to move.
