The Nighthawk tow bar already provided the coiled cable and 6 pin connector. I don't want to buy 2 of those from you.

The best tow bar lighting kit we offer for your 2012 Honda CR-V is the Roadmaster Diode Kit # RM-15267 but since you already have some of the wiring from the tow bar you'd just want the # RM-152. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle.
I attached an install video for this kit on a 2012 Honda CR-V just like yours as well.
You will also need a brake light relay as well part # RM-88400 like you mentioned so that your brake lights don't override the tow bar lighting. Install video for this is attached as well.
