Will Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR8D11E58 Attach to 4 Bolt Flange of 8k Dexter Axle

I see in the description of this product that it says it is made for a 5 bolt mount on the flange. Would this flange still work on a 4 bolt mounting setup 8k dexter axle as shown in the picture?
