Will the Adarac Pro Aluminum Series fit with my tonneau cover. Intended use is to carry fishing kayak. Will I have full function of my Weathertech Alloy Bed cover including removing it with rack attached?

The WeatherTech AlloyCover Hard Tri-Fold Pickup Truck Bed Cover mounts inside the truck bed so you can use it with a ladder rack. That said, in order to be able to fold the panels on the tonneau cover back you will need to a ladder rack with vertical uprights. For this, we have the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4000951 which is a confirmed fit for a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado with 6' bed.
The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack will then allow you to haul two kayaks easily but you need to use a channel mounted carrier since the shape of the crossbars are too large to use wraparound style clamps. I recommend the Malone SaddleUp Pro Kayak Carrier part # MPG1001 width permitting.
