The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs part # AL88204 which is a fit for a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is not designed to raise the ride height. That said, if you were to inflate the air bags without weight in the bed or attached to the trailer hitch then the rear of the truck would indeed lift up. I don't have an exact amount of lift provided as it will vary based on the psi and again the system isn't designed to lift the truck. However, I can say around 1" of lift is within the realm of possibility but I doubt it would get near 3".
Please note, the ride quality while riding around with the system inflated and the truck unloaded would be harsh. It would however provide great support while towing and reduce sag.
