Slam Latch Recommendation for Replacing Global Challenger Nova Locks

Question:
I have a 2020 Sundance 262Rb and the slam baggage door latch locks quit working, the ones it’s has are global challenger nova locks, can i replace them with global link part number #295-000015? I guess what I’m asking is what other latch locks can I used instead of the global challenger nova?

Thankfully the RV industry basically uses the same overall design for their latches like the slam latches. Based on that the Global Link Slam Latch part # 295-000015 would work well as a replacement. I recommend this as your best option too as unlike other options this has a unique key whereas other companies basically all use the same key which to me defeats the purpose of the lock all together.

Unfortunately, I have had the same problem and found those replacement locks do not fit. Though they fit in the cut out, the depth of the lock mechanism does not connect. I had to contact Solaire directly and pay for replacement locks to my outdoor kitchen door.
