Can Replacement Yakima Snap Around Brackets # Y8860081 Fit 1 inch Diameter Crossbars

Do you know the Max Bar Diameter that these can accommodate? I wanted to mount them to the 1inch Front and Rear Bars on my Load Warrior Basket. Thanks!

The Replacement Snap-Around Brackets for Yakima FatCat Ski and Snowboard Carrier # Y8860081 that you referenced was intended to fit Yakima round bars which are 1-1/8 inch in diameter so it would easily fit a 1 inch diameter bar like on the LoadWarrior # Y07070.
