Question:

Hello, Can you tell me how this system works in conjunction with an e2 fastway hitch? Does using the hitch essentially cancel out the timbrens, and vice versa?

The Timbrens part # TDRTT1500 that you looked at are a good fit for your situation the two systems will work just fine with each other and help to improve your ride quality. The Timbrens would not have to work as hard in this situation because they aren't going to be carrying the entire load but will prove very handy when heading down the road to help maintain the nice smooth ride characteristics. Especially when headed down the highway and encountering bumps that otherwise cause porpoising.

As an alternative I recommend using the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-307-47 these are just as effective as the Timbrens but will offer a softer feel when headed down the road they are softer initially and increase capacity as they are compressed. These are what I would use on my 2019 Ram 1500.
