Question:
I bought 56189 Curt T-Connector and connected to tail lights...etc. But the last step the cable to battery is impossible and I just wonder if I can connect it to fuse 12V ACC Cigarette fuse using with fuse tap adaptor. Is it ok?

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56189 powered module would need to be powered by the battery. The powered module is designed to avoid overloading the vehicle's electrical system. I have attached an instruction sheet from Curt regarding extending the power wire to the battery. I have also attached a helpful article for your reference. If you are not able to find an existing grommet in the firewall you will need to drill one that you can route the wire through. If you drill a hole you will want to seal it so that you don't leak water into your vehicle. All of this is covered in the attached article.
