When picking out a slide topper for a travel trailer the key is to measure the width of the box including the flange that runs around the outside of it. Since we don't have a way to determine that dimension on your 2018 Grand Design 2800BH I'd need to you to measure yours and then get back to me with what you have.
For example, the part # LCV000182037 would fit a flange width range of 116 to 121 inches.
