Stealth Hitch for 2017 Audi Q7 That Won't Affect Hands Free Lift Gate

Jameson, Does this mean that the cutout for the Curt hitch would prevent the lift gate foot detection?

With the Stealth hitch that fits your 2017 Audi Q7 part # 391AUDQ716 the hands free lift gate sensors would not be affected at all. The trimming of the fascia is not near enough to the sensors to be an issue at all. Since this hitch has a lower opening that totally removes when not in use so the sensors would not be affected like other options.

You'd be more limited to either side of the hitch opening with the Curt # C13277 instead of the Stealth but it would still work.
