I have spoken with Lippert about the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC675817 in they past and they informed me that the most important aspect is that the battery/batteries are sufficiently charged, between 12.4 to 12.6 volts. The size of battery/battery bank needed is going to vary based on several other factors so it is difficult to estimate this. However, the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System does not draw power constantly like a refrigerator would so as long a sufficient battery charging system is in place you should not have issues.
Generally speaking, the battery bank on a trailer with this system installed from the factory would most likely have a battery bank capacity of around 200 amp hours which is roughly two 12 volt batteries wired in parallel.
