Is MaxxAir Motor 10-20968 Correct Replacment for 10-20965

Question:

I have a maxx fan that no longer works, I suspect the motor is bad. I have p/n 10-20965, and a mfg date of 2012 stamped on the motor. will the replacement motor p/n 10-20968 work as a replacement? Thanks

It is possible the Replacement 12-Volt Variable Speed Fan Motor for MaxxAir MaxxFan RV Roof Vents # MA10-20968 will work as a replacement for the 10-20965 motor, but it actually depends on the model of MaxxAir fan you have.

It is likely this will work, you just need to have one of the following model numbers: 04000K, 4301K, 4401K, 4500K, 5100K, 5301K, 6200K, 6401K, 7000K, or 7500K.
