What size is the hole for the lock? Will a padlock fit? The shackle size is 5/16.

I checked with Torklift and the hole of the TorkLift Fortress GasLock Kit # TLA7701 where the included lock fits through is exactly 5/16 inch. So a shackle with a 5/16 inch diameter would fit snugly most likely.
