When adding a new trailer connector like the Hopkins 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets part # HM40975-11998 to the rear of your truck it is surprisingly common that fuses blow. The best way to prevent this is to remove the negative battery terminal before starting the work and it can be avoided.
I've found several fuses you will want to check they are all located in the power distribution center located near your battery under the hood of your Power wagon they are listed below. Because you're not having any signals at all I would start with the F87 first and go from there.
F28-Trailer Tow Backup Lights- 20 Amp
F29-Trailer Tow Parking Lights-20 Amp
F30-Trailer Tow Receptacle-30 Amp
F53-Trailer Tow Left Turn/Stop-20 Amp
F81-Trailer Tow Right Turn/Stop-20 Amp
F87-Trailer Tow-10 Amp
