Question:

My atlas does not have a 2inch hitch and Im looking at yours. Concerned about running the WIRING kit, the flat4wire. No need for the 7 wire.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13366 is a great option for adding a hitch to your 2019 Volkswagen Atlas although we don't have an etrailer branded hitch currently that is a confirmed fit for this vehicle. This hitch will do the job for you whether you're looking to carry bikes, additional cargo, or towing. The black gloss finish looks great and will help resist corrosion for a long life of use on your Atlas.

Installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56383 seems more difficult than it actually is. It plugs in behind both tail lights and then you need to run that power wire to your battery. Running the power wire is the most difficuit part but it doesn't require you to splice any wires or anything like that. I've actually linked an article on routing the wire that might help you.
