The Bulldog Jack part # BD182800 that you referenced was made in Mexico so it would work well for what you need. In the attached picture you can see "Made in Mexico" on the sticker label.

The # BD182800 would be the closest thing we offer to that as it's not made in China, has a 10k capacity, has a retracted height of 27-3/8 inches, has a lift of 12-1/2 inches, welds on, and has a foot plate.
