I believe what you're looking for is the Blaylock EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" Couplers # BLTL-33-40D. This has the TL 33 and then what I could find on the TL 45 is that it's the same part as the circular padlock on this coupler lock. This has an aluminum construction so it will hold up really well to the elements and it fits a wide variety of couplers on the market.
