I reached out to my contact at Bulldog Winch who said that while the Bulldog Winch Off-Road Winch Mounting Plate # BDW23001 doesn't have a max weight capacity it is strong enough to safely recover your 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Essentially it can handle up to a 12,000 lb winch, like part # BDW10046, and since your Tacoma weighs much less than that you are good to go.
