Will this rack fit factory installed crossbars on a 2012 Honda CR V?

The Swagman Rooftop Bike Carrier, item # S64720, may work on your CR-V, but it is a universal design and we have not tested it on your vehicle specifically.
You would need to measure to determine of the 3-1/8 inches wide and 1-7/8 inches tall U-Bolts will be sufficient to span the width of the cross bars. If so, this rack would work for you.
