Can this unit be bolted on, or is their a version similar that can be bolted?

The Lock N Roll Articulating Coupler # 336TS504 is listed as a weld-on application because it doesn't have bolt holes and was left unfinished to make the welding job easier. If you were willing to drill holes in the coupler you certainly could bolt it to your trailer. I'd recommend painting it to help fight corrosion.
