What a nice Camper to have!! To help maintian a battery charge the 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger part # PTW2997 you looked at is adequate. This is just a maintenance charger though like a trickle charger it will just keep your battery from discharging it will not keep up with loads put on the system.
When it comes to usable solar power for you pre wired set up you can't go wrong with the Go Power Portable Solar System with Digital Solar Controller - 200 Watt Solar Panel part # 34282610 this system will keep up with the basic power needs you are talking about. It offers the SAE solar plug and the XLR-style solar plug that will plug directly into your prewire setup. This is a portable system which folds and stores easily and can be placed out in the sun where it can benefit you the most with its 12 foot cable.
You can extend the wire range if needed with Extension Cable for Go Power Portable Solar Kit - 30' Long part # 34270356 this will give you maximum reach and allow you to always keep them in the sun where they can work for you.
