I recommend going with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98902 for your 2020 Mazda CX-5 because it has a 2" receiver so you can use a wide variety of accessories, and then it has a matte black finish that is more durable and looks more OEM than the standard glossy black finishes that's common on trailer hitches.

I have attached an installation video, instructions, and a photo of this hitch installed on a 2016 CX-5 that you can use as a reference.
