Does Camco Olympian Wave 8 Catalytic Safety Heater Need to be Vented

Do these need to be vented in any way? worried about carbon monoxide build up in trailer

I reached out to my contact at Camco regarding the Olympian Wave 8 Catalytic Safety Heater # CAM57351 and he said that the unit doesn't require a dedicated ventilation system, but they do recommend cracking windows open that are across from each other while the heater is running. This is just to create some cross ventilation and it's all that is needed to ensure safe operation.
