The hitch I recommend for your 2019 Volkswagen Atlas is the Curt Class III part # C13366 as it has the highest quality construction, has plenty of towing capacity, and is mostly hidden due to the hitch tube being only thing that hangs below rear bumper.
For trailer wiring then I recommend the Tekonsha # 118574 as it installs easily and is very reliable. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
