Yes, I checked with Thule and the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # TH910XT that you referenced would work on your 2011 Jeep Compass. I attached installation instructions and a review video for this product for you to check out also.
If you plan on carrying any womens or alternative framed bikes without a horizontal top tube you might also be interested in purchasing a Thule Bike Adapter Bar # TH982XT to provide a horizontal top tube for the rack to attach to easier.
