If you have a factory roof rack including crossbars that run side to side on your 2006 Acura MDX, then the Yakima RocketBox Pro, # Y07192, will fit. I have included a couple of informational links to this box for you.
If your MDX does not have crossbars that run side to side, you will need to add some before you can mount a cargo box. There are different roof options possible for an MDX. I have included a link to the roof rack main page for your vehicle. Just select the roof that matches what is on your MDX to see the available options.
