I have a couple of great options for you to utilize the factory tow prep on your 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty.
Because you have the OEM prep package, for a gooseneck hitch I would go with the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit part # BWGNXA2061. This is a very nice and simple way to haul your flatbed gooseneck trailer. The ball and safety chain loops are going to fit right into your factory puck system for a very easy install and it comes with a durable case so when you are ready to switch over to your fifth wheel you can quickly remove it, put the hitch ball in the case, and then store it wherever is most convenient for you. It has a GTW of 30,000 pounds so that should be great for your trailer but keep in mind not to exceed the towing capacity of your pickup.
And for towing your fifth wheel camper I think the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel part # BWRVK3370 that you were looking at is a great option. Like the gooseneck, it installs into your puck system with ease. It does have some weight to it so I would advise making sure you have an extra set of hands to help you get it in place. Once in the pucks, it simply locks into place and you are ready to tow. A great feature about the Companion is that it has a built in slider so with your shorter bed this will give you better clearance from the camper hitting your cab when you are making a tight turn. It has a GTW of 20,000 pounds and a vertical load limit of 5,000 pounds which should be great for your camper but again make sure you do not exceed your truck's towing capacity.
I attached videos of both the gooseneck and fifth wheel hitch being installed on a 2019 F-350 and it will be the same process for your 2020.
