Hi. 2020 Ford Ranger. I am just trying to find the best hitch and I see the Curt and etrailer. Look very similar. Can you expand on what makes them different? Recommendation? Thank you.

The etrailer # e63ZR and Curt # C13417 Class III Trailer Hitches for your 2020 Ford Ranger are very similar. The main difference is the etrailer hitch has a modern black matte finish while the Curt hitch has the traditional glossy black finish.
Otherwise, these two hitches are essentially identical, both have the same weight capacities and offer simple bolt-on installations with their custom mounting brackets. I have attached full installation videos below for these hitches that you can use for reference.
