Will the PortablePet Twistep Hitch Mounted Step Interfere With an Undermounted Spare Tire

Hello, I’d like to know if there will be enough clearance when Installed on a 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner without removing the spare tire? Thanks,

The PortablePET Twistep Hitch Mounted Step for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # HE3052 mounts directly in the hitch receiver on your 2017 Toyota 4Runner and because the hitch receiver sits right about level with the bottom of the spare tire, it will not interfere when you swing the step back under the vehicle. As long as you're not carrying an significantly wider than stock tire under there, this will work without interference. This step is compatible with both 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers and is the perfect solution to help pets get in and out of vehicles that sit higher up off the ground.
If you check out the attached video, it shows the hitch installed on a similar 5th Generation 4Runner (I believe this was also a 2017 4Runner)
