I need to mount new fenders on my boat trailer and the old ones had the mounting brackets permanently affixed to them, so Ill also need mounting brackets. Which mounting brackets will work with these fenders on a 1-1/2x4inch frame which also has mounting holes behind the wheel that are 12.5inch apart from each other, and centered on the wheel?

As you probably already know, fenders can mount to trailers in any number of ways so there is no set method of installation. Most of the time you will need to attach them with brackets like # PF775-BKT-2 and use your own hardware to install to the fenders and mount to the trailer frame.
How you attach the brackets to the fenders and then to the trailer is up to you. The brackets we carry may or may not line up with the holes you mentioned that are on your trailer.
