Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 Suspension for 2003 F350 Cab and Chassis

Question:

The axles are not as wide as regular dually axles. The tires dont set out as far from the frame. There is a 40 gal fuel tank at the back between the frame rails. The truck has plenty of load carrying capacity but I am looking for something to make the ride more comfortable. Is this the solution or is there something else I can do?

The Air Lift # AL57345 that you mentioned would be a great choice for you if there is 8 inches of clearance to the inside of the frame members without any interference from the gas tank of other obstruction.

Also, the kit requires that there be 9 inches of clearance between the inside of the tire and the outside of the frame member, see figure # 3 in the instructions.

Keep in mind that that an air suspension will not change the capacity of your truck. You will still be limited to the capacity of the lowest rated suspension or vehicle component.
