I do have a great option for you, however the Curt Lunette Ring # C48560 that you referenced will not work with the TorkLift Magnum Pintle Hook Mounting Plate Adapter # TLM9002. I went out to our warehouse and measured a bolt pattern on the Magnum Mounting Plate of 3-3/8" horizontally (center to center) and 1-1/2" vertically (center to center).

The Curt Lunette Ring features bolt hole spacing of 4-1/2", both horizontally and vertically.

The Magnum Pintle Hook Mounting Plate # TLM9002 features the standard 4-hole spacing for a pintle hook like the excellent Curt # C48215. It isn't designed for mounting a lunette ring, since the hook would typically be on the tow vehicle end (which is what the Magnum Mounting Plate would be hooked up to) while the lunette ring would be on the trailer side.

Because of this we don't have a lunette ring that is compatible with its bolt pattern. If you can tell me a bit more about what you are trying to do, and what your truck is already equipped with, I will be happy to make some additional recommendations.
