If I add another bike rack as you say you can on this item, what will it do to the load carrying capacity of the rack? My Fat tire EBIKE weighs 55 lbs as it is.

You can add the 1 Bike Add-On for RockyMounts Monorail # RKY10005 to either the MonoRail # RKY10004 or MonoRail Solo # RKY10007 and increase the capacity of your rack by 60-lbs to 120-lbs; it will not lower the capacity of your existing rack.
When loading your bikes, you'll want to make sure that you place the heaviest bike on the part of the carrier closest to the vehicle, so your 55-lbs E-bike will likely need to be the bike occupying that position.
