The only hitch that we have, as of June 2023, that fits your 2019 Cadillac XT4 is the Curt part # C39FR. The etrailer hitch that you asked about, # e62AR, actually fits the XT5 models so it would not work for you.
If you were looking for trailer wiring too the Tekonsha kit part # 118795 is what I recommend as it installs very easily without requiring any splicing.

I have a 2020 Cadillac XT-4 and need the hitch for a bike rack.Does the whole bumper have to be removed to install the hitch?Are there any places that can do the job in the Buffalo, NY area? What can I expect to pay for the installation? Thanks
