Will this, with the adapter, fit an isuzu truck bed?

The Rack'em Lockable Blower Rack for Utility Trailers part # RA-19 is designed to be installed on an open trailer. The photo you have attached looks very similar to that of an open trailer so I see no issues. I recommend using one bolt to secure the rack to the floor and then another in the channel to secure the rack to one of the uprights which should be pretty straightforward.
