Can Crossover Toolbox Fit with B and W Headache Rack Installed

Question:
I have a tool box that sits on top of the bed rails in the front of my bed. If i were to install this rack, would my toolbox still fit inside my bedrails? Will it still be able to open completely? Please refer to picture, please ignore the work being done to replace the lock actuator haha.

You would have no problem setting your crossover style tool box on top of the rails of the B&W Custom Headache Rack # BWPUCP7522BA that you referenced. To allow the box to open though you'll need to move it towards the rear of the truck bed so that the lid can pivot and clear the headache rack.
