What is the outside diameter of the sleeve?

The 'sleeve' or shank portion of the Fulton # F500266 caster assembly is meant to be compatible with Fulton F2 trailer jacks, which is why it's kind of oddly shaped. At the widest point, that sleeve is 2-1/2 inches in diameter, as shown in the photo I've edited for you.
