Question:

I want to add a tow hitch to my Jeep, but I already tow it behind an RV and have the Hopkins custom tail light wiring kit and RM88400 brake light relay installed for my Roadmaster brake system. What are my options for a plug in trailer light harness now that I am already teed into the driver side tail light?

I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13392 for the 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited because it is longer compared to the other options to clear the spare tire if you ever decide to carry a bike rack or cargo carrier. I have attached an installation video for your reference.

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C55124 for the 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited without tow package plugs in line with the Hopkins Tow Bar wiring part # HM56200. The 4-pole connector will plug into the Hopkins connection and that plugs into the vehicle wiring harness.
