I do have an option for you but the Titan Chain Tractor Tire Chains - H Pattern - Twist Link part # TCHP214 fits 16" - 28" diameter tires. The 10-16.5 tire is a 30" diameter according to my research.
I recommend to use Titan Chain Tractor Tire Chains part # TCHP266 which are designed for 30-34" tire diameters. They are ideal for tractors, loaders and graders. The link thickness is 0.390" for improved traction in snow or mud.
