Does Spare Tire have to be Relocated to Install Curt Trailer Hitch 13087 on a 2001 4Runner. Are will I be able to keep it in original place?

The spare tire doesn't need to be removed or relocated for the install of the Curt trailer hitch # C13087 on your 2001 Toyota 4Runner. I linked the installation details for you to take a look at.
If you also need trailer wiring for the 4Runner I recommend # 118341 which plugs in to connectors behind the trim panels in the rear cargo area.
