Are There RV Refrigerators That Run Off Both Electricity and Propane?

Question:

Hi, My father in-law has an RV with the everchill 120v in it. He did mentioned that it runs with either propane or electricity. But it doesn’t have a button switch or light indicator that goes from propane to electricity. Is he mistaking or there is an actual everchill that runs on either or?

I do know that there are RV refrigerators that run off of both LP propane and electrical, which are designed specifically for instances where there is no shore power to run the camper off of. Norcold is one of the more popular brands I've seen that offer a unit that can be powered by both and they usually do come as one of the standard appliances on new RVs.

The Everchill # 324-000119 requires 12v power to operate and does not accept propane as a source of power. We do not currently have any refrigerators that can operate off of both 120v or 12v electricity AND LP propane.
