Can RV Storage Cover be Installed in 40 Degree Weather

Question:
Just received the cover for my Forest River 30VSK trailer. I’m wondering if it would be safe to install it during the winter season we have here in Central NY? My main concern is possibly damaging the roof during this colder weather. Would it be safe to walk on the roof as long as temps were above freezing and the roof free of any snow/ice debris and dry? I probably would not do it unless the temps hit the 40’s. Let me know your thoughts. Have a Merry Christmas.

You'd be totally fine to install your RV cover on your Forest River 30VSK in 40 degree weather. The big thing is definitely your safety so waiting till there's no snow or ice on the roof of it will be the key. The colder weather does not make the roof more likely to damage so in that regard you'd be fine as well.
