Can this mount be used in the drop and rise position or just as a drop?

The Buyers Products 2" Pintle Hook Mount part # 337PM90 can be inverted to provide a greater rise or installed in the normal position to provide a greater drop. If you don't already have a pintle hook and hardware you can use the Buyers Products 15 Ton Pintle Hook part # 337PH15 with the Buyers Products Pintle/Combination Hitch Mounting Kit part # 3378520.
