Looks like the first generation of Kia Souls (2008-2014) can be flat towed with all four wheels on the ground if the vehicle has a manual transmission as well as the second generation (2013 through 2019). The automatic transmission versions can be towed on a tow dolly like the Demco Kar Kaddy part # DM9713045 which is a really great option regardless. You end up not putting miles on the vehicle, the install time is greatly reduced, and if you ever wanted to use the dolly on a future vehicle you wouldn't have to buy any duplicate components or install anything else since it's easily transferable. The price ends up being about the same once you factor in install costs. The Kar Kaddy has an integrated disc brake system and lighting too so everything is taken care of.
I attached an review video for the dolly for you to check out as well.
