Helpful Expert Reply:
The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator part # DM8669113 for 2" or part # DM8758811 for 2-5/16" are the only disc brake actuators we have that can be manually locked out using the Manual Reverse Lockout Kit for Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuators part # DM5939. They both have a 8,000 lb weight capacity and come with the eZ-Latch coupler mechanism so they should work well for you.
