4-Way to 7-Way Adapter Recommendation for 2019 Chevy Express Van for Installing Brake Controller

I just bought a 2019 Chevy Express van but had no tow package. Dealer offered to install on. After installation, I found they had installed a 4 pin flat, not the 7 pin. Since I want to get the electric brake controller installed, what parts do I need? Thanks!

What you'll need to convert your 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install a brake controller is the part # ETBC7. This comes with everything needed to make the conversion and wire up the controller. I attached an install video for this on a similar Express Van as yours for you to check out as well.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P3 Brake Controller part # 90195. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup. This is a proportional brake controller that senses the amount of braking the tow vehicle is applying and applies a proportionate amount to the trailer brakes. This will be the last brake controller you buy as it is incredibly reliable, works, well and is easy to use. It can easily be transferred to future vehicles as well.
