The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57338 for the 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 does fit with the Demco Hijacker however they will require drilling through the fifth wheel brackets to install.
I recommend to use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2613 instead because they are compatible with the Demco Hijacker in the bed without needing to drill for installation since the parts do not install in the same locations on the frame. The Firestone bags are designed with a 4-ply rubber constructions compared to the 2 layers of the Airlift bags so they are less susceptible to puncture from moving suspension parts or flying debris. They are also designed with a rolled crimp seal to keep the bags anchored to the metal plates instead of a metal band that is not as durable. The Firestone bags are also a 5,000 lb capacity that can be adjusted from 5 psi to 100 psi to prevent rear sag and level out the load.
I also recommend to add the Firestone Air Command II part # F2219 so you inflate/deflate the bags from the cab instead of stopping at a convenience station to use the air compressor. This system is also dual path so you can level out the truck's bed side to side if you need to. To make the installation go smoother you may consider the Firestone Universal Air Compressor Mounting Kit part # F2497 to mount the compressor and the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530 to make clean cuts to the lines. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
